The Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced today that it is offering Nebraska prosecuting attorneys an online method for requesting Certified Driver License Records. The new service allows Nebraska?s prosecuting attorneys to go online to request records by accessing a subscriber-based system and entering information such as name, date of birth, and license number. The DMV processes the request through an Administrative Interface, and then mails the certified document to the requesting attorney. The attorney receives a monthly bill.
